Welcome to 1plus. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 1plus ("1plus", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 1plus.live. 1plus reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of 1plus Services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 1plus Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 1plus is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our compliance obligations, 1plus is required to verify the identity of all account holders. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, voter's ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name)

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 1plus will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 1plus immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

All financial transactions on the 1plus Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 1plus supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks such as BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your 1plus wallet almost instantly, subject to network availability.
• 1plus does not accept deposits made using credit cards issued by Philippine banks for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable regulations.
• 1plus reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to be associated with fraudulent activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your verified 1plus account.
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day following approval.
• 1plus reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

1plus offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general terms apply to all 1plus bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the 1plus Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the 1plus Platform:

• Game results are final once a round is completed. 1plus will not reverse game outcomes except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 1plus will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, any wager placed for that round will be refunded to your account.

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 1plus immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 1plus staff or other players.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal transaction.

8.1 Player Protection Tools

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other 1plus policy.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.

• Your request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation procedures.

You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 1plus Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable Philippine law.
